Creating an Email Account in Outlook Express
  1. Launch the Outlook Express application.
  2. Click on "File"->"Identities"->"New Identity"

  3. Fill in your Identity name, for example Vooju. This can be any name. Click "OK".

  4. Click "Yes" when you are prompted by a pop-up box

  5. Click "Yes" again if another pop-up box appears

  6. Enter the Name you wish to be shown when others receive your emails, for example "Customer Support for Vooju". Click "Next".

  7. Fill in your email address which you created from your Vooju web hosting plan, for example, "Customersupport@vooju.com.sg". Click "Next".

  8. Ensure that the setting is at POP3 and fill in "secure.vooju.com" for both incoming and outgoing mail servers. Click "Next".

  9. Next fill in your FULL email address as the account name and use your Vooju account password. Click "Next".

  10. You have set up your new account.

  11. Click "finish" and click on Tools -> Accounts

  12. Click on the "Mail" Tab and select your Vooju account, click on properties:

  13. Fill in your return email address that you would like to use when receiving email, the organisation field is optional

  14. Click on the "Servers" tab, it should look like this except with your account information. Put a tick on "My server requires authentication"

  15. Click on the "Advanced" tab. If you wish to activate secure smtp (send mail) and pop3 (receive mail), simply put a tick on the relevant checkboxes.
