- Open Apple Mail from your dock or Applications folder.
- Go to the "Mail", click on "Preferences".

- Click on "Accounts" at the top of the window.
- Click the "+" (plus) button at bottom left corner to create a new account. Use the following settings:
Account Type : Pop Description : Describe your new account. It is useful to name your account that same as your email address, it will be easier to identify in the Mail window. Email Address : Enter your email address. Full name : Enter your full name to identify who is sending your emails ("From" field). Incoming Mail Server : Enter "secure.vooju.com". User Name : Enter your full email address. Password : Enter your email password. If you wish to enter your password every time you check your email, leave this field blank. Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) : Choose "secure.vooju.com" from the pop-up menu. If it is not there choose "Add Server" and then add "secure.vooju.com" and click OK. 
- Click on the "Server Settings" button at the bottom of the window.
- Use the following settings:
Outgoing Mail Server: secure.vooju.com
Server Port: 25
It is optional to check "Use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)"
User Name: (Enter your full email address)
Password: (Enter your email password)Click "OK"

- Click on "Advanced" at the top of the window.
- Ensure the following options are checked:
"Enable this account"
"Include when automatically checking for new mail"
"Remove copy from server after retrieving a message"
In the Drop Down Menu below that, select "Right Away" - Check the box next to Use SSL, set Port to 995, and set "Authentication" to "Password".

When you are done, all you will need to do is close the Preferences window. Click "Save" when prompted to save settings.
